1. ROLE: Brand Development Associate
The ideal candidate for this position is a young professional who:
- Wants to build a long-term professional career in the media and communications industry.
- Understands marketing communications across the mix (digital and traditional), including social
media, SEO, Email and creative digital tools and hacks. - Has an eye for identifying brand potential, business opportunities, with appetite for winning deals.
- Understands the art of managing relationships to ensure campaign success, client retention, and
accounts growth. - Has good leadership, networking, interpersonal and verbal communication skills and is ready to
shine in the boardroom or among celebrities. - Has strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in the context of marketing and
communications, with an ability to multitask and prioritize campaigns and projects. - Is naturally creative, a storyteller with evidence of writing, eye for visual design and communication.
- Is highly confident, yet teachable, learns new ideas fast and loves change.
- Is socially savvy, adventurous and willing to travel.
- Has a minimum BSc/HND in Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences, Arts or any relevant field
with experience working in a marketing communications agency.
Job Description:
This position is hybrid and the selected person is expected to perform the following duties:
- Work directly with the team to conceptualize, develop and implement digital media, marketing and
communication campaign plans for varying target audiences and brands. - Collaborate to develop compelling and visually appealing proposals, pitch decks that articulate
strategy and creativity with clear synergy and direction. - Eloquently present and defend strategic directions to team, clients, C-suite stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between the client’s business goals and the creative team’s execution, ensuring that
the client feels supported at every stage of the lifecycle. - Represent the agency with the media, partners and clients to maintain positive perception and ensure
that members of the team remain on top of their game. - Support channel leads to conduct research and develop proposals, media plans, marketing pitches.
- Support channel leads and account managers to track results/impact of campaigns and collate
analytics and metrics. - Ensure quality in the development of creatives for brands, including film/TV, graphic designs, press
materials, data, infographic, social media content, journalistic articles…etc. - Coordinate activities of project teams – marketing campaigns, film/video production, talents and
vendors to ensure completion of tasks and achievement of goals. - Track account health and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell our services to
existing clients. - Develop escalation protocols for managing communication crises, should they arise.
- Interpret and implement the strategic goals of executive leadership for the agency and clientele.
2. Role: PR, Media and Communications Specialist
We are hiring a project-based Media Communications Specialist for a hybrid role based in Kosofe, with some remote work flexibility. The responsibilities include crafting and managing media communication strategies, creating impactful optimized media content, collaborating with media outlets, aligning communications with branding initiatives, managing social media campaigns, and contributing to video content production. The role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and projects.
Qualifications
- Vast knowledge of the African media landscape – both digital and traditional
- Experience in Public Relations and effective Social Media Marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of SEO for content development and distribution
- Strong skills in Media Communications and crafting impactful articles and Press Releases
- Familiarity with Video Production processes and storytelling techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Prior career experience in a similar role or relevant professional experience is advantageous
- Experience handling similar tasks for a tech startup is also an advantage
3. ROLE Digital Media Assistant

- Career driven, smart and social media savvy
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Savvy with mobile apps for graphics, video, animation…etc. E.g. Canva, figma
- Highly organised and keeps records for proper administration
- Able to learn new digital tools quickly by observation
- Effortlessly stays up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices
- Imaginative and can bring good ideas even in an unfamiliar field.
- Happy to monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Possess tools, skills and attitude to work remotely with less supervision.
- Reside in Lagos, preferably around Ikeja, Kosofe.
Duties:
- Join our team to plan and implement our digital media strategy
- Manage all company’s social media portfolio.
- Develop business communication materials.
- Create exciting, visually appealing content for all digital channels
- Interface with team members, clients during campaigns and other field projects.
- Manage database of contacts, clients, emails and other vital data.
- Coordinate activities of our media, marketing campaign teams to help them achieve goals.
- Perform administrative duties as instructed.
Qualifications
- Degree of any shade.
- Diploma with proven competence/experience.
- Experience in media is an advantage.
